Description:
103" (can adjust to 105 if wanted) wheelbase, car is perfectly balanced in all directions, measured on scales / wheel !
Chassis is augmented by monocoque structure
Tubular Frame: 316Lt Titanium stabilized-low carbon Inox; 2" 2.77mm seamless wall tube frame, (89,900psi ultimate tensile, 60,200psi Yield, in annealed condition). Bottom, completely plated for protection and skidding (Sump guard is 6mm 6061-T6; Main plate is 5mm 7075-T6); 6061-T6 chosen for both strength and "give" in a severe accident.
Zero front and rear overhang

45 degrees of steering without hitting the radius arms, 50 possible.
Diesel, Land Rover 2.5 TD5 Engine, Garrett 2559v turbo and tubular homemade manifold (length of all 5 cylinder exits are equal), 2 bar boost, large custom intercooler, JF remapped ECU (+1 spare stock ECU), 13as removed out of both ECU’s etc.
Cooling system modifications mainly to get rid of that friggin large and stupid standard pump arrangement / casting. Electrical high capacity water pump (Smith Warner 50 Gallon per Hour) Big core radiator with 2 electrical fans, thermostat and override controlled. Never gets above 80 degrees!
All unneeded electric wires, sensors etc cut out of the standard wiring looms, all extended so ECU is raised to roof. All wired with water resistant fittings and all concealed in easy accessible centre console.
HP 22/4 heavy duty Auto gearbox, with up rated torque convertor and double flex plate, cooled by 2x oil to water coolers of Laminova
1.6:1 transfer box, with Rakeway adapter
Homemade big bore stainless steel exhaust system
Spidertrax Spider 9 rock crawler axles with Ultimate 60 knuckles and CTM Dana 60 UJ’s; Spidertrax maintainable hubs . 35 spline half shafts in 300M Steel. Hi9 Diffs front and rear with ARB lockers and 5.6:1 gears (incl Spidertrax uprated collar). Spidertrax high steering bar clamps. ARB compressor mounted high and protected.
Chrome Molly 4130 front & rear lower links and upper "A" frames, front and rear do have equal length
Full hydraulic steering system of PSC
Rear Willwood forged Dynalite calipers with Type E polymatrix pads brake calipers; Front LR brake calipers; homemade fiddle brakes on the back axle; special made solid brake discs
3 prop shafts, the 2 towards the axles are equal in length, the middle is between the transfer box and front prop shaft this because the engine sits so far backwards. The 2 prop shafts are connected via a Rakeway intermediate support.
120L fuel tanks (= 4 tanks of 30L each, separate twin pickups, separate filling necks en separate return on each tank + 1L swirl pot when the car is under strange angles …….this gives you full manual control)
Radflo 14" stroke coil over remote gas filled shocks, front & rear sway bars
10x17 Bead lock wheels of Marsh Racing Wheels with 40” x 14” x 17" Interco LTB tires, (5pcs) + 5* 10x16 bead lock rims of Marsh Racing Wheels .
Warn 8274 front winch with Gigglepin twin motor +20% top housing, 3” longer drum, 6hp motors running 24v, up rated main gear shaft and gears from Gigglpin, up rated brake pads, with 12mm plasma, breather on winch. Controls in the cab and external next to the winch.
Warn 8274 rear winch , 3” longer drums, 6hp motors running 24v, up rated main gear shaft and gears from Gigglpin, up rated brake pads, 12mm plasma, breather on winch. Controls in the cab and external next to the winch.
Warn M6000 centre winch on 24v, 12mm Masterpull, free spool engage pin reachable from driver position
Fiber bucket seats of QT racing with 4 point quick release Fluke harnesses
Plexi transparent roof + 3mm 6082-T6 alloy plate above driver and passenger for safety reason, with sunk away Garmin marine type GPS antenna mount; Plexi transparent bits behind driver and co driver head
Fiber bonnet (needs finishing)
12 Volt alternator (+1 spare); 24 Volt alternator (+1 spare); 2* 24V batteries (in rear, above rear axle); 1* 12V battery in front
Big water reservoir, +/- 25L for window washer fluid, or can be used as emergency water tank for radiator or …..; washer squirter on both wipers of windscreen
D44 ground anchor + Gigglepin tree stump hook + 4 HD D shackle storage solution

bravo pour ce beau joujou :Super14::Super14: c'est vraiment le véhicule que je regarde et qui est le plus polyvalent pour moi dans XTREM :mrgreen:
angle attaque, équilibre, rollcage, pas haut ! juste ce qu'il faut le top quoi ! LA GRENOUILLE est prévus dans le même optique mais en moins bien que celui si exp: j'ai pas les spidertrax :(ou le châssis qui reste origine même si il est modifier :icon_frown: il manque le budget :iconfused:

Bon choix certainement l un des plus beau véhicule en europe de loin un des mieux fini! normale belgium made
 
malheureusement plus de temps, autre loisirs + un fils de 7 semaines, donc il me reste pas asser de temps pour faire du 4x4

Ok superbe magnifique , doté de tout les superlatifs made in Belgium etc etc , mais c' est quand même un mazout :MDR49:...un mazout de 1700 kgs quoi :icon_eek: c ' est pas un V8 les mecs

:mrgreen: j'adore c'ette voiture Ced :wink: alors le prends pas mal mais j'ai posseder un 90 td5 qui ne mas pas laisser de souvenir de bonheur :mrgreen:
